Yangon, June 29
National Skill Standard Authority (NSSA) will hand poultry farm workers the skill level (2) certificate, scrutinizing their expertise. Preliminary tests have been carried out with the skill standards drawn up.
ASEAN countries have set up their respective skill standards and render the certificates. But, skill workers in our country don't possess such document. Likewise, poultry farm workers cannot show any certificates to evidence their skills. remarked Dr. Kyaw Htin, vice chairman of Myanmar Livestock Federation.

Document holders 's salaries will be different from those of the ordinary ones. It also favors the workers to earn in alien countries. says Dr. Win Oo, deputy director of Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department. Nearly 70 million chickens occupy Myanmar poultry industry.
